SETIC 800mm Dual Pay 0ff DRM800N-2M

Stand alone dual pay off designed for stranding / bunching line
Used to unwind single wires from 0,4 up to 2.14 mm diameter and multi-wires made of 6 up to 24 ends of copper diameter from 0.1 to 1.38 mm.
Maximum cross section: 10 mm² (7 x 1.38)
It can be also used to pay-off (insulated) bunch from 0.5 mm² up to 4 mm² (6 mm maximum diameter)

The two reels are taken on shaft:
* diameter : 400 up to 800mm
* weight: 1150 kg
* minimum bore diameter: 127 mm
* overall width max.: 600 mm

Each reel is driven by an AC motor according to dancer position
Tension regulation is achieved by a dancer (rotating arm) pre-loaded by a pneumatic jack. The air pressure is adjusted according to product specification.
Tension range: 1.5 to 20 daN. (maximum tension given for 6 bar air network)

Electrical cabinet and control panel are fixed on the pay-off frame

Linear speed: 300 m/min (for 400 mm minimum barrel diameter)
