POURTIER DVD630P Dual Position Pay off

Vertical dual position pay-off for insulated copper wires.

Wire diameter:                                                                                                   
- from 0,4 up to 0,8 mm diameter
- 2 mm max over insulation(solid PE, foam products or  FEP)

It offers the possibility to work in two different modes:
* Mode 1: the machine is used to pay-off and twin two insulated wires
before going into the double twist machine
* Mode 2 : the machine works as a normal double backtwist pay-off
and is used for the unwinding of insulated wires or
pairs giving them an adjustable backtwist

Designed for reels up to 630 DIN loaded directly from ground level thanks to a hydraulic actuated platform.
The reel is tightened between pneumatic pintles.
