NIEHOFF Stranding line for Data Cable, Model DSI 631

Line for flexible data cable manufacturing

Based on a Double-twist stranding machine Niehoff DSI 631 combined with 2 backtwist pay-off type ARD 630D for stranding of:

* Stranding of insulated conductors into pairs and quads
* Stranding of four conductor pairs into LAN cables.

This line is able to manufacture LAN cables of all categories, as well as pairs with tape shielding, bus cables and other telecommunications cables.

Delivery includes:
- 2 x Double twist Back twist pay off ARD630
- 1 x Tangential Pay off with separate drive ARH 630.1.3.L
- 1 x Double twist Stranding machine DSI631
- Electrical panels to update (drives to repair, no PLC)

Following water damages, this line needs to be reconditioned or should be considered for spare parts.
