LEIMBACH 800mm Dual Spooler

Cost effective solution for winding cable into insulation or jacketing line.

Compatible with 630mm and 800mm bobbins (Shaft diameter 80mm)

Wire is snagged on next bobbin when operator decides to change over.

Each bobbin is supported by a swivelling arm.

One single drive is powering a common shaft for both bobbin. An electromagnetic coupling is fitted at each end of the shaft and operator selects which one is engaged for bobbin operation.

Traversing controlled by endless screw and is common for both positions.

One sliding door is manually positioned in front of running bobbin.
