Well known Type 4 lead extruder made by Folke & Sandelin.

The machine is complete:
* Heavy duty reducer Type 4
* Screw
* Thermo regulated screw housing
* 11” Die Block was made in 1995
* Ingot conveyor
* Cooling trough
* Set of tools (Tip and Die)

Cable size range: min. 10 mm up to max. 110 mm over lead sheath

Drive: variable speed 40 kW DC motor
Lead type: Pure lead (99.99%) or lead alloy (type to be confirmed by Customer)
Lead output: max. 32/35 kg/min.

Also available:
* 10 Tons Melting pot (2 units)
* Omega pipe (2 units)
* Original electrical panel (obsolete, to be made new)
