The system consists of 2 independent driven pay-off units (630–800 type).

• Suitable for reels sized between 630 mm and 800 mm
• Reel weight up to 850 kg
• Suitable for conductor cross-sections between 0.50 mm² and 6 mm² (can be adjusted upon request)
• Speed of up to 300 m/min
• Pay-off drives are powered by 2.2 kW AC brake motors
• Each motor is controlled individually by an AC drive
• AC Siemens drives
• Pay-off drive motors operates with dancer-controlled PID system
• PID control achieved by linear piston sensor
• Individual wire break sensor and selection switch on each reel
• Independent braking control on each reel
• Individual tension control for each reel through pneumatic actuators
• The electrical panel built on the machine.
