High speed double twist buncher for DIN 630 mm bobbin

Designed to produce copper bunches :
* from 0,15 mm² to 4 mm² with wires diameter from 0,05 up to 0,85 mm
* from 4 mm² up to 6 mm² with wires diameter up to 0,30 mm

Input wires : bare,tinned or silver coated copper

Used for constructions with 7, 12, 19, 37 or more wires

Pulling force at the twisting point : 200N maximum

Twisting speed adjustable from 500 to 6000 tw/min
Lay-length from 6 to 100 mm

UHING Traversing unit (up to 20 mm lay length)
