Complete bunching line used to produce ACSR conductors with cross sections from 10mm² up to 50mm²

Delivery includes:

• • 1 x Rotating pay off (1000mm) for the central wire
  • 1 x Pay off structure for 7 baskets
  • Equalizer + pretwister
  • Double twist buncher Caballé CDT-1250-DA-EC
  • Electrical panel with Eurotherm drive

Rotation speed: 800 rpm

Capstans diameter: 450mm

Lay length adjustable electronically  from 40 up to 800mm

Assembling 19 wires would be possible by adding dedicated tools (not part of delivery)
